We are really pleased to have received positive pre application feedback from the local planning authority for our bespoke design for a new build house in a very special location.
The house will sit within mature trees, bordered by expansive views across the fields and the design has drawn on a range of influences from the local and wider contexts, having been influenced by the history of the area and the landscape where it is located.
Lying in the greenbelt and open countryside, it is not necessarily an easy location to develop in planning terms, but through thoughtful and sensitive design, this project is now in a great position to become reality
