The project involves refurbishing the office building in the city centre conservation area of Leeds.

The offices are to undergo substantial refurbishment and upgrading, including the redesign of the main reception area of the building. The design required sensitivity due to the conservation area setting, and Elliott Architects worked closely with the project team and planning department at Leeds City council to achieve this high quality scheme.

The design integrates a new high spec services system within the building, and the office spaces provide contemporary accommodation by revealing the internal structure of the building. The refurbishment creates a modern and informal working environment with a sophisticated public frontage and reception.
