The offices are to undergo substantial refurbishment and upgrading, and this includes a new street frontage and fit out to the main reception area of the building.
The design works with the building by revealing the structural soffits and develops the refurbishment to complement this to create a modern and informal working environment with a sophisticated street frontage and reception. A new pavilion sits in the courtyard to provide an enlarged reception area with additional break out space for relaxing and informal meetings.
