These holiday cabins were inspired by the famous fisherman’s boatsheds on the Holy Island of Lindisfarne………. the design seeks to provide a space where people can escape for a while, reconnect with nature, and relax by the sea.
The cabins have been designed to nestle into the linear hedges on the coast of Northumberland, orientated to provide shelter from the prevailing winds whilst allowing expansive views out to sea. The design provides a balance of cosiness and protection from the elements, whilst also opening up to give framed views of the landscape and views of the stars at night.
