The project involves refurbishing the No.1 East Parade building in the city centre conservation area of Leeds.
The offices are to undergo substantial refurbishment and upgrading, and this includes a new street frontage and fit out to the main reception area of the building.
The design works with the building by revealing the structural soffits and develops the refurbishment to complement this to create a modern and informal working environment with a sophisticated street frontage and reception.
