More great news this week; we have received planning permission and listed building consent to extend this lovely Grade II listed property in Tynedale. The design combines two storey and single storey extensions to the rear which will replace some poorly considered late twentieth century add-ons, making a great improvement.

The owners have been fantastically patient and thoroughly deserve what will be a series of significant improvements to the house. The extensions will provide better quality spaces throughout, with the design making careful internal modifications within the main body of the house as well as providing a new spacious and light kitchen/ dining room.
