…….a place for communities to visit to see what’s happening in their neighbourhood/ city/ region………where the public and professionals can come together to explain and discuss important issues around the built environment……… where it feels more like an open discussion and less like decisions being made behind closed doors…….where people can engage, understand the importance of the built environment in their lives and communities, and have a chance to contribute in a way that they feel is actually important and meaningful, and where professionals remember that architecture should not be conducted in isolation……………..and who knows, even get enthusiastic about some of those things…….. what might that place look like?
