We are very excited and proud to report that our scheme for fourteen houses and three holiday lodges at the old brickworks has been granted planning permission!
The scheme will give a new life to the ex-industrial site, improving views when seen from the surrounding countryside. The design is community focussed and centres around a shared village green space which also retains the existing brickworks chimney, preserving this local landmark and giving a reminder of the history of the site. The designs draw influence from the traditional vernacular barns and farmhouses of Northumberland, and will be constructed using sustainable materials and technologies.
