Its been a busy start to the year, so we have not had a chance to share any of our lovely projects, but to start things off in 2026, we are delighted to share the news that our project in the north pennines national landscape (formerly area of outstanding natural beauty) has been granted planning permission!
The project remodels and extends a Grade II listed bastle to provide a new contemporary extension alongside updated internal layout which rationalises and restores the interior spaces. What a great design from the team, and great achievement to successfully obtain planning permission in the national landscape and for listed building consent in such a historically significant building.
And of course, like so many of our projects, I need to say what a stunning landscape setting this project is located in – another very special project which we look forward to seeing built over the coming months.
