In a national open competition, against a very strong field of around sixty other practices, we are delighted to have been shortlisted for this wonderful project.
Set on the coast of the lake district national park, the design draws on the traditional local vernacular, whilst also referencing some of the key arts + crafts houses of Cumbria + Northumberland.
Whichever design is selected by the panel, it looks like Silecroft Beach will have the wonderful facilities and architecture it deserves.
