We have recently received planning permission for this exciting design……. tucked away on the back lanes in the heart of a conservation area, the design successfully addresses some challenging site constraints to create a very special home.
The design is largely single storey, with a central ‘butterfly roof’ volume giving greater proportion to the main interior space and housing a raised mezzanine snug.
Well done to all those involved to create such an interesting design and to successfully communicate and navigate the design through the planning process; a fantastic achievement!
