Now complete and in use, we thought we would show off these great photos (thanks Jill Tate!). We have been overwhelmed by the positive comments from everyone; users of the building, other designers and consultants and even passing strangers – thanks very much!
Last week we welcomed the judges from the 2018 RICS Awards who had a good look around to see what a great success the project has been. We are very proud to have been shortlisted for such a prestigious award, and are keeping our fingers crossed!
Thanks to Shirley on reception who helped host the visit (and who puts up with architecture and surveying students visiting to take photographs, as well as a couple who wanted their wedding photos taken in the reception area!). Thanks also to Paddy and Rebecca from Knight Frank who did a great job of explaining the commercial success of the scheme in the context of the city and regions offices.
The biggest thanks though need to go to the project team, particularly Tom and Nick from Schroders, Tony and Marc from STP, Paul from MHBC who did a great job project managing under difficult circumstances, and of course our very own Dave who led the beautiful design from the beginning.
